I'm all about the experience!
From our first meeting to the final delivery of your photos, your happiness and satisfaction will remain my top priority. I am not your average photographer; the experience you get with me is one of a kind. If you book a 30-minute session but we're having fun and we accidently go over time taking a few extra pictures, that's part of the experience and you'll never be penalized for that. If you book an hour-long session for 40+ photos, that means MORE than 40 photos especially when we're having fun in a beautiful location.
I actually spend my time outdoors!
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me hiking, paddle boarding, camping, snowboarding, or exploring somewhere in Colorado. Being outdoors is a huge part of who I am. Because of that, I know how to work with Colorado’s constantly changing weather, lighting, and terrain to create beautiful images.
I know a ton of great locations!
I’ve spent years exploring Colorado and am always looking for new places to check out. Whether you’re looking for mountain views, alpine lakes, wildflowers, forests, red rocks, or somewhere a little more unique, I can help find a location that fits exactly what you’re looking for.
I know being in front of a camera can feel awkward!
Most of my clients tell me they’ve never had professional photos taken or that they feel awkward posing. That’s completely normal. I’ll guide you through the entire session, so you don’t have to worry about what to do with your hands or whether you’re standing the right way. My goal is for your session to feel more like an adventure than a photoshoot.
I’m organized and reliable!
Before photography, I managed multiple Starbucks stores and teams of over 45 employees. It taught me how to stay organized, communicate well, and follow through on what I say I’m going to do. When you book with me, you can expect clear communication, professionalism, and someone who genuinely cares about giving you a great experience.
I care about capturing real moments!
Anyone can take a picture. What I love is capturing the moments in between; the genuine laughs, the little looks, the excitement, and the connection between people. Those are usually the photos that end up meaning the most years down the road

Hi, I’m Ciara! I grew up in Tucson, Arizona, and now live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with my fiancé, Jace, and our two dogs, Snoop and Mac, plus our cat, Charlie
After graduating high school in Tucson, I moved to Laurel, Maryland, where I attended college and started working at Starbucks as a barista. Two years later, in 2016, I made the move to Colorado Springs. While continuing to work at Starbucks, I finished my degree online through Arizona State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management and a minor in Business.
Over the years, I worked my way up from barista to Store Manager and managed multiple Starbucks locations throughout Colorado Springs and Woodland Park. At times, I was responsible for leading teams of more than 45 employees. While I learned so much from that experience, I eventually found myself feeling burned out doing something I wasn’t truly passionate about.
So, I took a leap of faith and left Starbucks. I started my own dog walking and house-sitting business and for the first time, I had the flexibility to invest my time and energy into something I had always loved: photography.
Over the last year, I’ve poured myself into learning everything I possibly can about photography. I’ve spent countless hours practicing, studying, shooting, editing, and refining my skills to get to where I am today.
Photography combines so many things I love, people, adventure, the outdoors, and preserving memories. My goal is to create images that tell your story and capture moments you’ll be able to look back on for years to come. Whether it’s an engagement, a family session, a maternity shoot, or simply documenting a season of life you never want to forget, I would be honored to help tell your story

Photography is the closest thing we have to time travel.
Life moves fast, and the hard truth is that every season comes to an end. Kids grow up, relationships evolve, loved ones get older, and moments that feel simple today often become the memories we miss the most tomorrow.
A photograph freezes a moment in time that we’ll never get back. It captures the people we love, the places we’ve been, and the seasons of life that pass by far too quickly.
Years from now, I want you to be able to look at your photos and be transported right back to that moment to remember how it felt, who was there, and what life looked like during that chapter of your story.
That’s what I love most about photography. It’s not just about taking beautiful pictures. It’s about preserving memories that become more valuable with time.
